These Terms govern your use of Microflair Tax Prep's website, forms, booking pages, and text messaging program. By using them, you agree to these Terms.
Microflair Tax Prep provides virtual tax preparation and electronic filing services. Fees start at $250 and vary with the complexity of your return and the services you need. We will confirm your fee before filing. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and documents, and for reviewing and signing your return before it is filed.
Program name: Microflair Tax Prep Client Notifications.
Program description: When you opt in, you will receive text messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, tax return status updates, document requests, responses to your inquiries, deadline and tax-season reminders, and referral program messages.
Opting out: You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to (888) 629-3172. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, text START or sign up again.
Help: If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP or call (888) 629-3172.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

You agree to provide true and complete information. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, or by late delivery of documents.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Microflair Tax Prep's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the service at issue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
